Celebrating our 19th year, the American Lung Association in Colorado proudly offers the only timed-race event at the iconic, gorgeous Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre. This unique walk/run challenge combines breathtaking scenery and a rock ‘n roll vibe for our 1.3-mile Run/Walk, and the 5K. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at both events.

Over 1,500 participants will begin in the upper lots at Red Rocks and continues along the beautiful park roads, concluding with the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre stairs. Lots of cheering and a free cold beer, sponsored by Tivoli Brewery, await you at the finish line! Bands will be present along the route to entertain and motivate you!

All registered participants receive an event shirt, finisher medal, race bib and a wonderful day at one of the most beautiful venues in all of Colorado. Invite your friends, family and co-workers, and come join us for what is sure to be a memorable experience.
