Day of Event Information
You’ve raised funds, and now the big day has finally arrived! Don’t miss a moment of the fun.
You will be emailed a start time event week so that you can arrive on time, check in and be ready to walk. You will also want to explore our passport tents and get stamps for your LUNG FORCE Action Passport. All participants must enter the Zoo before 10 am. Pre-event registration is required for all participants 2 years of age and older.
LUNG FORCE Walks are a great time to meet other people battling lung disease, which is why participants who have a personal connection are encouraged to identify themselves at registration. If you are comfortable, you will be asked to join as a new LUNG FORCE Hero and will have the opportunity to share your story.
New for 2021, due to capacity limits within the Milwaukee County Zoo, registration is limited and all participants 2 years of age and older must pre-register online. In support of our annual fundraising event, there is a suggested fundraising minimum of $100 per person. Register today to save your spot. Registration will close when capacity is achieved.
LUNG FORCE Action Passport
Visit each of our passport tents to learn more about our mission and earn yourself a stamp. All participants who complete their LUNG FORCE Action Passport by collecting all five stamps will be eligible to win a prize!
Mission Markers
Remember and honor a loved one whose life has been affected by lung cancer or lung disease, by purchasing a sign during the registration process that will be displayed on the walk route. Purchase your Mission Marker during registration or here
LUNG FORCE Heroes
Our LUNG FORCE Heroes are patients, caregivers, family, friends and co-workers of those who are impacted by lung cancer or lung disease. These brave individuals share their powerful real-life stories online and at events to help raise awareness and educate the public about what it’s like to live with lung cancer or lung disease. Everyone's story is unique, so if you're interested in becoming a LUNG FORCE Hero, please contact Elizabeth Reischl. We invite you to Share Your Voice and read about other people's experiences online.
