What is the Autumn Escape Bike Trek?

For 40 years every September, hundreds of cyclists and dedicated lung health supporters have been riding along Cape Cod, MA for the American Lung Association’s Autumn Escape Bike Trek. The ride has raised millions of dollars for lung disease research, education and advocacy and continues to be an important part of the Lung Association’s history.

The rider camaraderie, along with scenic routes, lobster dinner, free beer and wine, and activities at Trek Tent City on Saturday, is what keeps folks coming back time and time again. The Autumn Escape Bike Trek has the most dedicated riders and volunteers you’ll ever meet. Register today and find your escape with us along Cape Cod, MA and help support the millions of Americans with lung disease.
