  • 7:00 a.m. PT: Event Starts
  • 12:00 p.m. EST: After Party Starts

Climber Etiquette

To ensure the safety of all climbers, please be courteous while climbing. Climbers are asked to pass on the left and to notify other climbers they are doing so by saying "PASS" or "PASSING".

Water Stations

Hydrating stations will be provided just before climbing and once you reach the top. Water CANNOT be taken into the stairwell, so please hydrate before the climb. Emergency Water stations will be available in the stairwell. You must step out of the climb and finish your water before re-entering the climb.

Safety Procedures

Trained medical personnel will be located throughout the The STRAT in case you need assistance. Volunteers will also be available at the water stations.

Children

Climbers must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Awards

We appreciate the hard work and dedication of every climber and team who has raised money to fight lung disease.

An awards celebration and program will be held after the last finisher has completed the climb. Location is TBD

All participants will be divided into the following age groups: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Awards will be given to the fastest male & female in each division.

Personalized awards will be given to Climbers in each of the following categories on climb day:

1st Place Overall Male/Female
2nd Place Overall Male/ Female
3rd Place Overall Male/Female

Awards will also be given to the following categories:

Highest Fundraising Teams
Top Individual Fundraisers

What Should I Bring to the Climb?

Please bring:

  • Any fundraising dollars you have collected and not yet turned in.
  • A roster of your team members, if you are the captain, as well as how much each person raised (if not already online).
  • Most importantly, please bring a positive attitude, your fan base and lots of energy!

Gear Check

Gear check will be located near the inside The STRAT near the Box Office.

Gear check must be minimal to ensure a speedy process; therefore, it is primarily for jackets, sweats, street shoes and all electronic devices.

Everything must be able to fit into a standard-size shopping bag.

The American Lung Association in Nevada and The STRAT will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables, purses, coats, wallets, etc. in your hotel room, at home, or with your guests.
