Day of Event Information
You’ve trained and raised funds, and now the big day has finally arrived! Don’t miss a moment of the fun. Arrive at your event by 8:00 AM so that you can check-in or get registered and ready for your walk. You will also want to explore our passport tents and get stamps for your LUNG FORCE Action Passport.
LUNG FORCE Walks are a great time to meet other people living with lung disease, which is why participants who have a personal connection are encouraged to identify themselves at registration. If you are comfortable, you will be asked to join as a new LUNG FORCE Hero and will have the opportunity to share your story.

Spirit Poms
At registration, you will be given a Spirit Pom to wave with pride as you walk. In this small, spirited way, we can recognize loved ones who are currently struggling with lung disease as well as those we have lost.
LUNG FORCE Action Passport
Visit each of our passport tents to learn more about our mission and earn yourself a stamp. All participants who complete their LUNG FORCE Action Passport by collecting all five stamps will be eligible to win a prize!
Mission Mile Markers
Remember or honor a loved one who’s life has been affected by lung cancer or lung disease, by purchasing a sign that will be displayed on the walk route. Signs can be purchased during registration or by contacting your local office.
LUNG FORCE Heroes
LUNG FORCE Heroes are patients, caregivers, family, friends and co-workers of those who are impacted by lung cancer or lung disease. These brave individuals share their powerful real-life stories online and at events to help raise awareness and educate the public about what it’s like to live with lung cancer or lung disease. If you're interested in becoming a LUNG FORCE Hero, please contact Noemi Velasquez.
