What is the Gulf Coast Bike Trek?

The Gulf Coast Bike Trek is the American Lung Association's annual bike trek in the state of Florida!

Experience this amazing ride in 2024: Riding through some of Tampa Bay’s most stunning costal landscapes, the coastal cruiser travels along the breath-taking Fred Marquis Pinellas Trails. Three different routes as well as a Cycle Your Way option ensure that this bike ride has something for everyone - from experienced cyclists to those new to riding, including younger, novice cyclists.

Our 62-mile and 40-mile trek offers seasoned cyclists the best views of the Gulf Coast. Our family friendly 10-mile is the perfect option for those who are younger or newer to cycling.

How To Participate: You may register as an individual, team member or team captain online by selecting the REGISTER button on the top of this page. You will have the best fundraising tools at your fingertips, including a personal online fundraising page where you can raise funds to fight lung disease, promote clean air, and support our COVID-19 Initiative. Our online tools make it easy to raise the funds needed to qualify for prizes, and donations are tax-deductible.
