Safety Procedures

The ride is fully-supported with medical & mechanical support and volunteers/staff driving SAG vehicles all throughout the route.

  • Wear your bib at all times for identification.
  • Always wear a helmet while riding.
  • Ride in a single-file line unless passing.
  • Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.
  • Be mindful of fellow riders and pedestrians.

Rest stops are located every 10-15 miles with hydration, electrolytes, complimentary meals and snacks to keep you fueled and energized!

Children

Any rider under the age of 18 must ride with an adult (age 18 years or older), and must not be left alone under any circumstances. For adults who ride at a faster pace, please note that your child may not be left unattended while you ride.

Transportation

Transportation for you and your bike is available for purchase from finish line back to the start locations is available for purchase (4:00 PM and 6:00 PM).
