What is Chest Disease Conference?

The Washington Thoracic Society Chest Disease Conference is designed to cover a broad spectrum of clinical pulmonary and critical care topics geared towards physicians and allied health professionals in pulmonary and critical care medicine, thoracic surgery, allergy, infectious disease, family practice and internal medicine. Participants learn about the principles of diagnosis and treatment of common and unusual conditions for which recent new management strategies are available.

How do I register?

Is there an option to view the conference virtually?

Yes! We will be livestreaming the program to a virtual platform. Anyone is able to register as a virtual participant. Register here.

I registered to be a virtual participant. How do I access the program?

Details on how to log into the virtual meeting will be sent out to registered virtual attendees the week of the meeting.

What COVID-19 precautions will be taken to ensure a safe in-person meeting?

The Washington Thoracic Society and American Lung Association have developed COVID-19 safety protocols to protect the health and safety of all attendees. We ask that you closely review the protocols prior to attending the conference to ensure compliance. COVID-19 guidelines and protocols will be available via our website.

What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?

Registration fees are nonrefundable in the case of cancellation. Substitutions can be made up to one week in advance of the event by sending details to WTS@lung.org.
