What is the the Leadership Academy Collaborative?

The Leadership Academy Collaborative exists to protect people with serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD) from the harms of commercial tobacco. The Leadership Academy is a collaboration of leaders and advocates in public health, behavioral health, and tobacco control committed to this goal.
