Congratulations! If you are thinking about quitting smoking, you've taken the first step to quitting for good.

Freedom From Smoking®, the leading adult smoking cessation program for over 30 years, shows you how to quit in a safe, supportive environment. You'll be given the tools and resources to overcome your tobacco addiction so you can enjoy the benefits of better health, extra money in your pocket and healthier relationships.

Group sessions will be held online on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 pm starting January 9, 2024. The group meets for a total of eight sessions, with quit day scheduled during week four. Participants looking to quit with one of the prescribed medications such as Chantix or Zyban, should contact their provider to start the medication prior to quit day (January 30).

***Facilitators will assist participants with using the online conference call. For those who do not have access to secure broadband, please call the facilitator to make arrangements***

The program is virtual, and is run by Bourbon County Health Department.

Clinic sessions will be on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.


This group clinic is free and open to Bourbon or Fayette County residents of Kentucky. Registration is required to attend.
