By completing the Freedom From Smoking® Facilitator Training program, you are helping to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by lung disease. Participants will be certified to lead the Freedom From Smoking® group clinic and help tobacco users end their addiction and begin a new, smokefree phase of their lives.

Registration is required to attend. Space is limited. Registration deadline is seven days prior to training date. A training confirmation will be emailed one week prior to the training. Please call Ashley Peltier at 907-891-7445 if you do not receive a confirmation or if you have questions.

The upcoming training will be held on May 28, 2019 at the UAA Gorsuch Commons in Anchorage.
