What is the Asthma Hike for Kids?

A half day hiking excursion and education event. Kids will learn how to evaluate their asthma symptoms best use their asthma meds to ensure that they can get outside and be active.

How do I sign up?

You can register online by choosing the Register option in the navigation at the top of this page.

Who Can Attend?

Kids with asthma and an accompanying parent or guardian (1 adult per child is required).

Can siblings or other family members attend?

Sorry, but only the child with asthma and one adult can attend.

What should we bring?

• Your Child’s Asthma medication
• Sunscreen/Sunhat
• A backpack or fanny pack to carry everything in
• Water bottles
• A good pair of walking shoes (no open toes)
