The registration fee is $20 for those with lung cancer, COPD or asthma and $10 their caregivers. If you need a financial scholarship or assistance paying your registration fee, please contact Amber Pelletier at MAExpo@Lung.org.

If you will be unable to attend the Expo, please contact us to cancel your registration. Full refunds can be given up to five days prior to the event.

Oxygen tank refills will be available in case of emergency. Attendees should come with enough oxygen for the duration of the program. Wheelchairs will be available to attendees if needed. If you need additional accommodations, please contact Amber Pelletier at MAExpo@Lung.org.

Dress comfortably. Since conference rooms can vary in temperature, you may want to dress in layers.

A bus will be available, free of charge, for participants on the event day from Springfield, MA. The bus will pick-up participants at 7:15 AM at Baystate Medical Center (3300 Main St, Springfield, MA 01107) and bring them to the Sheraton. The bus will depart immediately following the event and bring participants back to Baystate Medical Center.
