Let's do this!!!  I have once again committed to join many other cyclists and the American Lung Association in a 2-day loop around Cape Cod while raising money to support the fight against lung cancer, COPD, Asthma, COVID-19 and other serious lung diseases on September 24-25. Among my goals is to increase awareness about the importance of lung health and clean air.

A lot has changed since my first Autumn Escape Bike Trek over 20 years ago...A LOT...but one thing remains consistent, my passion for the great programs of the American Lung Association. I still ride in memory of my Nana Louise who struggled to breathe as far back as I can remember her, but now I also ride for my two daughters. I ride so that they can inherit a world with safe, clean, air and know that we can rise to challenges and do hard things!
