Hi Everyone....it's that time again to start raising money for the American Lung Association, Autumn Escape Bike Trek! 

Thanks to all who have generously donated over the years.

It's clear to everyone over the past 18 months how critical healthy lung function is.  We have all become fearful of the potential devistating effects COVID-19 could have on us.  Fortunately, many of us have been vaccinated and are starting to resume more normalcy.  Unfortunately, many of those with chronic lung disease live with fear daily.  Any small infection, alterations in air quality, changes in medications or just time alone can have quantifiable and often devastating effects on their already compromised respiratory state.

As I do every year, I am hoping to raise as much money as possible to support the lives of those afflicted with lung disease and help improve research and advocacy to help advance and promote medical care on behalf of the mission of the American Lung Association.

This years bicycle trek will be near normal again.  We will be riding for 2 days (Sept 25-26) for 100 miles on Cape Cod.
