The Patient & Caregiver Network Connections is a monthly COPD discussion group for PCN members held on the third Tuesday of every other month. This month's session runs from 7:00 - 7:30 PM (CT).

This supportive, educational environment will allow you to learn from our Lung Health Navigators and connect with others asking similar questions.

There will be time for open discussion after we share information.
