Texas School Nurses Virtual Asthma Summit 2022 - Improving Asthma Management in Your School |

We aim to address the needs of school nurses in assessing and managing asthma in the school setting. We feel this summit will be extremely beneficial to our school districts, the community and, most importantly, our children with asthma. Tentative topics that will be included: Asthma management in your school, 2020 National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute updates on asthma with case scenarios, asthma medication and MDI use, indoor allergens that can exacerbate asthma in the school setting, tobacco/vaping and asthma.
