Day of Event Information

You’ve trained and raised funds, and now the big day has finally arrived! Don’t miss a moment of the fun. Arrive at your event by 4:00 PM so that you can check-in or get registered and ready for your walk. You will also want to explore our passport tents and get stamps for your LUNG FORCE Action Passport.

LUNG FORCE Walks are a great time to meet other people battling lung disease, which is why participants who have a personal connection are encouraged to identify themselves at registration. If you are comfortable, you will be asked to join as a new LUNG FORCE Hero and will have the opportunity to share your story.

  • 4:00 to 5:45 PM - Registration Opens, Mission Tents, Exhibitors, & LUNG FORCE Olympics
  • 5:45 to 6:00 PM - Warm-Up & 10th Anniversary Ceremony at the Stage

  • 7:00 PM - End of Event

Spirit Poms

At registration, you will be given a Spirit Pom to wave with pride as you walk. In this small, spirited way, we can recognize loved ones who are currently struggling with lung disease as well as those we have lost.

LUNG FORCE Action Passport

Explore the Mission Village area to discover more about our mission and interact with our esteemed Event Sponsors and Exhibitors. Participants completing their LUNG FORCE Action Passport will have the chance to win exciting prizes!

Mission Mile Markers

Remember and honor a loved one who’s life has been affected by lung cancer or lung disease, by creating a sign that will be displayed on the walk path. Purchase a Mission Marker our e-commerce store for $25 to honor a loved one along the Walk route.

LUNG FORCE Heroes and Champions

LUNG FORCE Heroes and Champions are patients, caregivers, family, friends and co-workers of those who are impacted by lung cancer or lung disease. These brave individuals share their powerful real-life stories online and at events to help raise awareness and educate the public about what it’s like to live with lung cancer or lung disease. If you're interested in becoming a LUNG FORCE Hero, please contact the Nevada Events/Development Team at nevadaevents@lung.org or 702-431-6333.
