Ann O'Toole was a gift to the world, through her constant love and support. Even when struggling with COPD, she made the best out of every situation and brightened the room with her smile. Her legacy is the kindness she showed to every person she met. We can only hope to be as bright of a light as our sweet Gigi. She is no longer tethered to challenges of this Earth. We know she is now running alongside angels in wide open fields. Through this fund, we hope that her brightness can be shared to many others.
