A perfect century ride for more accomplished riders that have been training. The first 50 miles cover scenic farmland and feature some short hills, plus one very challenging climb early on out of the gate. The second 50 miles (from Amity) will take you beside streams, stately trees, and vineyards, with some lovely hills and curves. While the overall route is surprisingly flat and gorgeous, the century course does include a very challenging climb after the first rest stop and is only recommended for riders that have been training. If this is one of your first rides of the season, we suggest the 73 or 56 mile options. Please see the rest stop schedule for course closure times so you may stay on track and have a great ride. If you are falling behind the course schedule, you may get a ride from a support vehicle that can bump you forward or bring you to the finish line. If you choose to keep riding on closed section of the course, we will need to remove your bib number and you will be riding at your own risk. COURSE and REST STOP SCHEDULE COMING.
You will need to be able to complete this route in 9 hours, which includes generous breaks.

INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS People driving from any of the start locations to the beach are kindly asked to stay off the roads that cyclists are using. Our driving route will guide you to the beach and keep the roads safer for cyclists.
Please especially avoid Highway 22 and Nestucca River Road - cyclists will be using these narrow rural roads. This part of the course is very narrow and we want to reduce the car traffic as much as possible for this scenic duration of the ride.
Highway 18 west to Highway 101 north will get you to the finish line without traveling along these roads. Disclaimer: Route subject to change.
