Day of Event Information

You’ve trained and raised funds, and now the big day has finally arrived! Don’t miss a moment of the fun. Arrive at the Detroit Zoo between 7:30 - 9:15 AM so that you can check-in or get registered and ready for your walk. You must be checked in by 9:15 AM in order to enter the zoo on event day. This will give you time to explore our Mission Village, get stamps for our LUNG FORCE Action Passport, explore our exciting activities areas, and/or socialize before the Walk launches off at 10:00 AM!

LUNG FORCE Walks are a great time to meet other people living with lung disease, which is why participants who have a personal connection are encouraged to identify themselves at registration. If you are comfortable, you will be asked to join as a new LUNG FORCE Hero and will have the opportunity to share your story.

In support of our annual fundraising event and the American Lung Association’s mission, there is a suggest fundraising minimum of $100 per person. Register today to save your spot. Registration will close when we hit our capacity limits.

LUNG FORCE Action Passport

Mission Village will be booming with life this year, complete with a DJ, event day activities, LUNG FORCE Hero recognition, event day Merch sales, and more.
