General
With safety being our number one priority, we will continue to monitor and follow current CDC guidelines as well as state/local guidelines.
You can register online by specifying your participation type. You can climb as a team, an individual, or join us as a volunteer. Then follow the prompts to complete your registration. Please feel free to reach out to event manager Kristen Miraglia with any questions.
Registration for this event is free.
If you are unable to make the event, funds raised will support the American Lung Association’s mission.
For children 12 and under, please send their First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Shirt Size, Emergency Contact Name and Number, and guardian’s email address to EventsAZ@Lung.org. Please use "Family FFAC" as your subject line.
The average time to climb Scottsdale Stadium is 25 minutes.
The Climb kicks off at 6:00 pm. You will be assigned start time wave, identified on the back of your bib. You can find your start time here.
Join us at 6:00 pm for opening ceremonies and remarks and to stay up until 8:30 pm for our after party.
Free parking is available in the Scottsdale Civic Center Parking Garage. Climbers will exit at the south end of the garage, walk east (left) on the walking path to 75th St, then turn south (right) to get to the stadium entrance. Look for signs and volunteers to direct you.

If for some reason you cannot complete the climb, a volunteer or staff member located along the concourse can assist you.
Packet pick up is Saturday, April 1 from 10 am to 12 pm at Road Runner Sports Tempe Marketplace.
Packets not picked up ahead of the event will be available at event check in. Please note, there is no gear check at this event.
Your packet includes a bib with timing chip, safety pins, and event t-shirt.
Reminder: you must achieve your $100 fundraising minimum to receive your packet.
You may purchase raffle tickets online ahead of time. Or you may purchase tickets on event day. Winners will be announced at 7:15 pm. You must be present to win.
Fundraising
The minimum fundraising requirement is $100 per person. Climbers have until event day to raise the money and if, for some reason, they haven’t met the minimum they will be asked to pay it before participating.
For children 12 and under, we offer a reduce fundraising minimum requirement of $35 per child.
Thanks to the generous support of people like you, the American Lung Association saves lives by fighting for healthy lungs and healthy air. Today, our fight is more important than ever, and 90 cents of every dollar raised by our organization goes directly to education, research and advocacy.

Teams
Climbing on a team is the best way to enjoy the event. The camaraderie of the shared endeavor is priceless, and it is way more fun reaching the finish line with friends and family cheering you on.
To form a team, choose Register as Team Captain. Make sure you have a team name in mind: honor a loved one, make it fun or name it after your business — the sky’s the limit!
After you register as a Team Captain, tell your team members to select Register as a Team Member and to search for your team name to join.
