How much does it cost to attend the Event?

• $50 for Students
• $50 for Virtual Registration
• $100 for General Registration ($75 for Early Bird Registration)
• $1,000 - $10,000 for Exhibitors
• $25 per Full Event Recording

What should I do if I need to cancel my registration?
If you will be unable to attend the event, please contact us to cancel your registration.

Exhibitors
Sponsors will have the opportunity to display resources throughout the event. The exhibition table spaces will be located in the main ballroom so that attendees can interact with sponsors throughout the day including breakfast, and lunch.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please contact us if you have any specific dietary or other needs in order to participate in the conference.

What should I wear?
Business Casual. Since conference rooms can vary in temperature, you may want to dress in layers.

Parking & Directions

The April 6th event will take place at the University of Pittsburgh’s Alumni Hall located at 4227 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

Parking: Attendees may park at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum, 4141 Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15213

After parking, exit the garage and cross Bigelow Blvd. Alumni Hall is one block up on the left.

April 7th Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown Parking Options

Parking at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown property is $35 per night.

COVID-19 Updates

• Proof of vaccination will be required at event check-in (in-person). Vaccination includes the full dosage of one of the approved, available vaccines.
• A home health self-assessment is required for all staff, volunteers and participants, including:
  
  • Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours, (unless due to your seasonal allergies)? Fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss or taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea. If you answer yes to any of the above, you cannot attend the event.
  • Have you recently been exposed (unprotected in close physical contact) in the last 3-5 days to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19? If so, you will be unable to attend this event.
  • Are you currently waiting on results of a COVID-19 test? If so, you unable to attend the event.
• CDC recommendations and local requirements will be followed on masks. If counties are red or orange on the CDC tracker, or there is a local mask requirement, guests, volunteers and staff will be required to wear a face mask at the event, except when eating at your table.
• When you leave your designated space, you will need to wear your mask.
• Face masks will be available prior to entry, for guests that do not bring one.
