The Cycle the Seacoast is one of the American Lung Association’s annual signature fundraising events. Your participation will raise the funds necessary to help provide life-saving lung health education, research, and advocacy efforts
The 2022 Cycle the Seacoast event is happening on May 1, 2022 at Cisco Brewers Portsmouth in New Hampshire. Parking is located down the road from the start line, so make sure to drive to the parking area and not Cisco Brewers Portsmouth on event day. You will be directed to the start line once you park your vehicle.

Cycle the Seacoast has three route options: 25, 50 and 100 miles. You can select your route mileage when you register. If you need to change your route selection at any time, email CycletheSeacoast@Lung.org.

Yes! Select Cycle Your Way when registering to participate in Cycle the Seacoast virtually. Cycle Your Way is a great option for anyone that cannot attend the in-person event on May 1st in Portsmouth or does not feel ready to complete the 25, 50 or 100 miles in one day.
If you are participating virtually, choose a mileage goal of 25, 50 or 100 miles to complete by May 31st, 2022. Check out all the details here.
Sign up by clicking the Register button, choose your registration type (individual or team) and then you will be prompted to choose from returning participant or new participant. If you have participated in the event in prior years, you can use your login and password created last time you participated. Contact event manager CycletheSeacoast@Lung.org with any questions.
Yes, there is a minimum fundraising requirement of $200 per person ($100 for under 18 years old) to participate. Participants have up until event day to meet the minimum fundraising requirement, but you are encouraged to meet your $200 minimum prior to event day. Participants who have not met their fundraising requirement by event day will need to pay the outstanding amount to participate in the ride. Please contact CycletheSeacoast@Lung.org if you would like to brainstorm fundraising ideas.
No, your registration fee does not apply towards the fundraising minimum.
Registration is $25 through December 31, 2021 and will increase to $35 on January 1, 2022. If you register day of event, it is $45 plus the $200 fundraising minimum. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The registration fee and fundraising minimum are per individual, so the cost is the same. There are no additional fees for creating a team. Every individual is required to raise $200.
