Cycle For Air is one of the American Lung Association’s signature fundraising event series. Your participation will raise the funds necessary to help provide life-saving lung health education, research and advocacy efforts.

One-day riders will start and finish at the Hilton Garden Inn. Two-day riders will finish at Camp Burgess on Day One and finish back at the Hilton on Day Two of the ride.
The Two-Day Ride is approximately 50 miles a day (100 miles total). The One-Day Ride will have 25 and 50-mile options.
Overnight accommodations are provided for all two-day riders at Camp Burgess located at 75 Stowe Road in Sandwich, MA. Participants can select their cabin preference (i.e. Male, Female, Co-Ed) or select the “I Do Not Require Housing” option. Riders staying off-site are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the camp.
As a lung health organization, your safety is our #1 priority. We will continue to monitor local and state guidelines and work with Camp Burgess to provide further updates on COVID-19 safety and restrictions in the coming months.
Checkpoints are set up approximately every 10 to 15 miles. There, you can take a break, use the restroom and enjoy some delicious snacks and beverages, all generously donated by local and national businesses.

Yes, there is a minimum fundraising requirement of $500 per person for two-day riders and $250 for one-day riders. Participants have until event day to meet their minimum fundraising requirement. Participants who have not met their fundraising requirement on event day will need to pay the outstanding amount in order to participate in the ride.
No, the registration fee does not apply towards the fundraising minimum. Please contact Nicole DeVito if you would like to brainstorm fundraising ideas.
A team captain gathers together friends, family and co-workers. Each team captain helps guide their team members, from online registration, to setting and achieving their fundraising goal, to seeing them through to the finish line. - Teams can be classified as Corporate (meaning that they are representing a company or organization), Community, or Friends and Family.
No, the registration fees and fundraising minimum are per individual. There are no additional fees for creating a team.
- Teams provide a way for groups to get involved with the American Lung Association to raise funds and awareness of healthy lungs and air.
