To ensure the safety of all climbers, please pass slower climbers on the far side. Please make sure to always announce your presence and your intent to pass a slower climber. Passing is NOT allowed on the stairs. Please only pass at marked locations on the top of the stairs. Continue to maintain 6 feet of physical distance between you and other climbers.
Climber’s must follow designated path through the stairs and sections. Walking through the seats is prohibited.
To prevent congregating along the route, we ask that you do not stop to take photos. Instead, there will be designated Photo Areas along the route. Great background view guaranteed! There will also be an official race day photo take of each Climber.
Missed packet pick-up? On-site packet pick-up is now available. Climbers that need to pick-up their packets on Climb Day must arrive ten minutes before their scheduled Climb time AND complete the $150 fundraising minimum. . If you haven’t checked your climb time, please click here. You will need to complete the health screening prior to picking up your climb materials on event day. As a reminder, parking will be available at the Waldron Parking Deck and you will enter Soldier Field at Gate 0 (south entrance of stadium, closest to Waldron).
Water stations are located throughout Soldier Field. They will be located at the Start/Finish line and throughout the Climb route.
Trained medical personnel will be located throughout the event in case you need assistance. Volunteers (orange shirt) and ALA Staff (green shirt) will also be available at the water stations if you need help.
Climbers must be at least 5 years old to participate. Any climber under the age of 18 must climb with an adult (age 18 years or older) and must not be left alone under any circumstances. For adults who climb at a faster pace, please note that your child may not be left unattended while you climb, so make arrangements accordingly. Due to stadium regulations and to ensure your safety and that of your child, child-carrying is not allowed. No climber will be allowed to carry a child while they climb.
We appreciate the hard work and dedication of every climber and team who has raised money to fight lung disease. Participants and teams who have gone above and beyond will be recognized.
