Join us for our very first Winter Wellness Series! These online events are interactive, fun, and informative. Join our Cycle the Seacoast Winter Wellness Nutrition Series presented by RE/MAX Shoreline and hosted by Nutrition in Motion! Briana Bruinooge is a local registered dietician that has a passion for wellness and wants to share her knowledge with you. Everyone is welcome to join us for this series at no cost!
This online cooking class will transport you to your favorite Mexican restaurant all from the comfort of your own home. Not only can it be prepared all on one baking sheet, but it’s a great healthy meal the whole family will love that does not sacrifice flavor! Briana will walk us through the steps to make this delicious meal.

Join our Cycle the Seacoast Winter Wellness Outdoor Series hosted by Eastern Mountain Sports! Learn more about winter hiking, maintaining your bike and other fun outdoor activities. Everyone is welcome to join us for this series at no cost!
You won’t want to miss this winter hiking presentation taught by Alan Bernier. Alan has done winter ascents of all 48 4,000’ers in New England including Mount Washington, Katahdin and Franconia Ridge numerous times. Alan has an extensive background in winter hiking and camping in the Northeast and is excited to share his knowledge. Learn how to prepare, do’s and don’ts on the trail and how to pick the best clothing for sudden temperature changes. There will be a Q&A section for you to ask Alan your winter hiking questions.

You won’t want to miss this intro to winter activities clinic, introducing you to all things winter fun! We’ll be talking about snowshoeing, cross country skiing and even winter camping! There will be a Q&A section at the end for you to ask all your winter questions.

You won’t want to miss this bike tune up clinic to learn how to tune up your bike for spring! We will be discussing how to change a flat tire, essential gear for every ride and basic tune ups. There will be a Q&A section at the end for you to ask all your bike tune up questions.

Join our Cycle the Seacoast Winter Wellness Movement Series presented by Kennebunk Savings Bank. and hosted by Seacoast Health Collective! Choose from a bodyweight strength and conditioning class and vinyasa flow yoga class to get moving this winter.

Stretch on your lunch hour! Thursday, January 28th from 12:00 p.m. 12:30 p.m.
This full body strength and conditioning class does not require gym equipment or previous fitness experience. It is intended for all fitness levels. Instructed by Mary McGee, Certified Functional Strength Coach from the Seacoast Health Collective. Mary focuses on proper form and quality movement while still making sure you get a good workout in!

This vinyasa yoga flow class incorporates poses for strengthening, stretching, and balancing. Beginners welcome and no previous yoga experience necessary. Taught by Mary Donovan, RYT 200 from the Seacoast Health Collective. Mary focuses on the individual presence on the mat and enjoys sharing her love of yoga with all people.
