How much does it cost to attend the Event?
- $75 for Students
- $100 for General Registration
- $1,000 - $10,000 for Exhibitors
- Volunteer registration is free.

What will I learn?
The Following Learning Objectives:
- Explore how social determinates of health and equity impact individual and population
health.
- Discover innovative solutions used nationally and in Pennsylvania to reduce health
inequalities in both rural and urban settings.
- Determine and commit to steps organizations, communities and individuals can take to
increase health equity and eliminate health disparities.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please contact us if you have any specific dietary or other needs in order to participate in the
conference.
What should I wear?
Business Casual. Since conference rooms can vary in temperature, you may want to dress in
layers.
