Exhibitor Information

We are seeking exhibitors for the 2019 Pennsylvania Health Equity Summit. As it has been done in the past, the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s, Office of Health Equity will collaborate with community partners from all sectors to sponsor a summit that brings community leaders together to share information and discuss current issues for the purpose of improving health outcomes for the most vulnerable populations throughout Pennsylvania. This year’s summit will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Approximately 300 private and public professionals from various sectors, throughout Pennsylvania are expected to attend this summit, as well as through a live stream. It will be an opportunity to identify specific actions to address the Commonwealth’s goal of achieving health equity by 2030.

Exhibitor support of the summit enables your organization to showcase its products and services to a broad health care audience. It also allows you to contribute in discussions and presentations about innovative approaches to address health disparities and the social determinates of health. Your support not only benefits your organization but also the professionals in attendance.
