The upcoming Freedom From Smoking® Clinic will be held on 10/16/2023 - 11/27/2023
The program is virtual, and is run by Geisinger Health Plan.
For PA registrants only Clinic sessions will be on Monday evenings from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
