The upcoming Freedom From Smoking® Clinic will be held on October 26 - December 7, 2022
The program is run by Putnam County Department of Health & Nuvance Health.
For NY registrants only Clinic sessions will be on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
