We're Climbing Your Way in 2021. We’re moving onward and upward, safely and responsibly, so that we can make an impact now to ensure a healthier future for all.
Join us for a re-imagined Climb. All are welcome to share in this adventure, whether you’re new to the event or a veteran Climber.
How you climb is up to you. You can race to the end or take it at your own pace. You can join us by taking the stairs every day at work, by completing a challenging hike, or by jogging through the park. Please register using Climb Your Way option. Challenge friends to climb 19,268 stairs in 6 weeks, the equivalent of climbing Mount Hood. Start a relay with 10 coworkers and have each person climb 5,000 stairs for a combined total equivalent to climbing Mount Everest!
The Fight For Air Climb app, Available for Apple and Android devices, is an easy way to update your personal page, send pre-crafted donation requests, check your fundraising progress, and track your steps (new!) all from the palm of your hand.
We need you in the fight now more than ever. Join us for the shared challenge, for the camaraderie, and for a world free of all lung disease.
All Climbers can earn the commemorative Fight For Air Climb t-shirt, finishers’ medal, and sticker by fundraising $100! All participants who self-donate $35 will receive the exclusive Fight For Air Climb sports scarf!
In March, the American Lung Association launched a $25 million initiative to end COVID-19 and defend against future respiratory virus pandemics. At the same time, we're continuing our advocacy work to support clean air and redoubling our long-term commitments to lifesaving research.
Over the last 11 years, the Climbers have raised more than $60 million to support the mission of the American Lung Association. Last year, more than 26,000 participants from 43 Climb events across the country came together last year to raise more than $7 million.
Join us. Because Every Step Counts and every step makes a difference.
