READY TO GET VIRTUAL!

We want to assure participants, volunteers, and staff planning to attend American Lung Association events that their health and safety is our top priority. Because of this we’ve decided to make the Walk a virtual event.

From October 18 - October 24, 2020 we encourage you to head outdoors to one of the many beautiful trails throughout Northeast Ohio for your walk. Same mission, just a different place to walk. Check out some of our proposed routes HERE.

Because Breathing is Living

Now more than ever the American Lung Association needs your support! ALA researchers are innovating in new ways every day. Breakthrough findings from our researcher John Schoggins, Ph.D., could inform coronavirus treatment strategies. But we need support from the community to help fund this research. That’s why we’re inviting you to walk with us, virtually!

Be a part of the FORCE to not only help us find a cure for COVID-19 but to also defeat lung cancer and lung disease one step at a time. Your participation and support helps save lives by funding key lung cancer research and provides invaluable lung health resources, assistance and information to those who need it most.

So join us today and be a part of the FORCE to defeat lung cancer and lung disease one step at a time. When you make a self-donation of $33 or more, you will receive a LUNG FORCE Mobile Ring.

group of young adults at a LUNG FORCE WalkHeld nationwide, LUNG FORCE Walks are the American Lung Association's signature outdoor event series to support and promote lung health.

The LUNG FORCE Walk is a great opportunity to gather family, friends, and coworkers for a morning of healthy activity and purpose. The Walks provide critical funds for life-saving research and early detection initiatives.

Most event participants form teams. You can name your team in honor of a team member or loved one, or name it after your business, or even pick a "punny" name. Have fun. Be creative.

Register today and save your team's spot at the start line. If you have questions about forming a team or anything else about the event, please contact us.

Welcome to the LUNG FORCE family!
