By completing the Freedom From Smoking® Facilitator Training program, you are helping to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by lung disease. Participants will be certified to lead the Freedom From Smoking® group clinic and help tobacco users end their addiction and begin a new, smokefree phase of their lives.

The cost is $400 and registration is required to attend. Space is limited. Registration deadline is seven days prior to training date. The upcoming training will be held on October 24, 2019 at the Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains.
