It’s an Alaskan Tradition!
Join the American Lung Association in Alaska for the 36th Annual Clean Air Challenge...
Saturday, May 9, 2020, at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
For over thirty-five years, people have been making the Clean Air Challenge a part of their Alaskan adventure. Clean Air Challenge is the first big ride of the year on Mother’s Day weekend in Talkeetna. Using pedal power to fight lung disease, you can experience Alaskan hospitality at its best at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. Bring your family, bring your friends. Join us for this Alaskan spring tradition!
COME FOR THE DAY | SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED!
Do you live in the Mat-Su? Have a cabin in the area? Just want to hang with friends at their place after the ride? We’ve added a day ride option for those who don’t want to overnight at the Lodge! Ride the Challenge, join us for dinner, and sleep in the comfort of your own bed. Minimum fundraising is $350 and includes the ride, an event shirt, Saturday night dinner and program.
Of course, you are always welcome to stay! Raise $500+ for a Saturday night stay with a fellow trekker as a roommate. Raise $1,000 or more for a private room on both Friday and Saturday night.
BONUS! We are celebrating a year of Smokefree workplaces in Alaska with a gift to you. Use the code AKSF1 to sign up for the Clean Air Challenge between October 18 and October 31 FOR ONLY $25! (Normal registration is $40 until January 31, $50 after that.) Get yourself, your friends, your team on board at this great rate and join us in congratulating Alaska businesses for a year of smokefree air!
