Registration has closed! Event day registration opens at 6:30am on Saturday, March 9th. Event day registration is $45 + $100 fundraising commitment.
Please take a few minutes to review this important event information BEFORE event day.
Climb Day - Saturday, March 9
Parking: Climbers can park at Salesforce Tower for free from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.. The garage is located off of Pennsylvania Street.
Gear Check: As you’re waiting for your wave number to be called, feel free to go to Gear Check on the second floor to securely store your personal items while you climb.
Climbing Etiquette, Safety & Water Stations - When lining up on event day, please be aware of the starting line and please try to avoid crowding the area, as it may accidentally trip a timing sensor.
If a faster climber is approaching you, please move to the inside rail so they can easily pass you on the left. Please be aware and courteous in the stairwells to ensure a fun and safe experience.
If you have asthma or use an inhaler, please remember to bring it to the climb!
Personal headphones and ear buds are allowed, but please keep the volume at a level that allows you to be conscious of those around you.
Water bottles are not permitted in the stairwell. Water stations will be located on floors 16, 26, 36 and at the TOP. If you need to take a break or stop climbing, please feel free to do so at any water station. Medical personnel will be present at the event.
Refreshments Provided – Water, Sun King beverages, and snacks will be provided for Climbers at the Post Party at D’Amore on the 48th floor.
Timing Results & Beat Your Time: After you climb, visit our Timing Station for preliminary timing results. It could take up to 15 minutes for your results to appear after you've finished climbing. Power Hour Climbers will only see their first ascent on the computers - the remaining times will be reported online within 24 hours. Beat Your Time from 2018 to earn a ribbon to add to your medal!
Guests & Spectators: Guest space is extremely limited. Guests will be unable to access the starting line, stairwells, or registration area. If someone will be joining you on event day, they should meet you at the Post Party at D’Amore.
Alumni Recognition: Have you climbed with us before? If so, we want to thank you for your continued support! Check out our Alumni table at the Post Party and receive an Alumni Pin! *If you ordered an Alumni T-Shirt you can pick it up during Packet Pick-Up on Thursday or at the Alumni Table on floor 48.
Top Fundraiser Recognition: The top 5 fundraising teams and the top 10 fundraising individuals will be granted access to the VIP section on Floor 48. The cutoff for becoming a VIP will be 6 PM, March 8, so there is still time to fundraise. Those invited to the VIP section will recieve a special star on their bib, as well as special snacks and drinks.
Only climbers who have met their individual $100 fundraising minimum will be able to participate. Any donations that you have collected may be turned in at Packet Pick-Up or Event Check-In. If you have not met your fundraising requirement you will be asked to present a credit card, cash or personal check to meet the minimum. Please be sure your name and the donor information is clearly written. If you made a self-donation, you can pick up your koozie at Packet Pick-up or at the Registration Table on event day!
Firefighter Challenge - Those participating in this challenge must climb in full gear, including boots and tank. Wearing masks during the climb is optional. Please do not bring your axe.
Climb Post Party - Celebrate your victory to the top at the Climb Post Party on the 48th floor of Salesforce Tower hosted at D’Amore.
