Let the view take your breath away, so the disease won't.

By joining the Run the Rocks, you are helping to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by lung disease. Participants raise funds to support the mission of the American Lung Association while training to run the park’s roads and finish on the stairs at the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO.

Make the most of your experience and run as a part of a team. Teams consist of friends, family and co-workers who want to help raise awareness and funds for the American Lung Association. You can run as an individual but participating as a part of a team increases the impact you can make!

Once you register, you'll have access to your Run the Rocks Participant Center. You’ll have the ability to customize your personal web page and share your reason for running as well as send emails to ask others to join you or donate. We are here to help you, from the first step in your run all the way to the top of Red Rocks!

Contact us anytime and check back often for updates on Run the Rocks!

Why We Need You in the Fight

In March 2020, the American Lung Association launched a $25 million initiative to end COVID-19 and defend against future respiratory virus pandemics. At the same time, we're continuing our advocacy work to support clean air and redoubling our long-term commitments to lifesaving research.
