We are the blue team of the East Farms Student Council. We are excited to be working in collaboration with the American Lung Association. We have been studying the effects of air pollution on our world and on our lungs.

Did you know that Connecticut has some of the worst air pollution in the United States? It's true. Even though Connecticut has some of the best air pollution laws.

We know that air pollution is harmful to breathe because it attacks healthy lung tissues. It is especially bad for kids and adults with asthma and other respiratory issues.

You can help us help our community by donating to the American Lung Association. The funds we raise will help provide patient education, support research and advocacy efforts in Connecticut and nationwide.

Together, we will discover the power of our breath, and breathe for those who can't.
