Hard to believe that I have been participating in Run the Rocks for 15 YEARS! This year, on Sunday, October 13, 2024 I will once again be participating in the Run the 'Rocks 5K in order to raise funds for the American Lung Association in Colorado.  

These past few years I have really come to appreciate The American Lung Association and all that they do. It's an honor to particpate in this run/walk every year. I'm so excited for this year and to continue to be a part of such an amazing effort. ALA is working hard to continue to support and provide resources and to develop new ways to support people living with lung disease and their families. By supporting Run the Rocks, you are also joining a community and a cause ready to make a difference in improving lung health.
