As many of you who know me are aware, I love being out in the mountains, so when I learned that the Climb for Clean Air program would allow me to climb while raising money for a worthy cause, I knew I had to leap at the opportunity.
As part of the Climb for Clean Air program, I plan to climb Mt. Hood near Portland, OR, in May of this year. My goal is to raise $4,750 for the American Lung Association charity by May 1st of 2024. By donating to my campaign, you will help raise funds for research into lung-related illnesses, a cause that's personally very important to me because I have lost close family members to lung disease. Through groundbreaking research, advocacy and critical education, the money we raise will provide lifesaving treatments and dramatically improve the quality of life for more than 36 million Americans diagnosed with lung disease.
Any donation you are willing to make to my campaign would be greatly appreciated. Your contribution to The Climb for Clean Air campaign will make a difference in the lives of lung disease patients and their caregivers. Every donation takes us one step closer to a world free of lung disease.
Thank you!
Dan.
