This is my 3rd year participating in the American Lung Association-Climb for Clean Air. Last season I summited Mt Hood on May 30-31, 2023 to honor the memory of my dear friend Laurel Bishop and raised $5,761 for the American Lung Association. Of course, Laurel will be with me for as long as I’m able to climb.
I’m climbing to challenge myself physically and mentally.
I’m climbing for everyone who struggles to breathe or struggles with life.
I'm climbing for those who provide care to anyone with any illness.
I'm climbing because it makes me feel complete.
I'm climbing to support the American Lung Association in its work for a healthier future, for vital COVID-19 research and for clean air.
Through groundbreaking research, advocacy and critical education, the money we raise will provide lifesaving treatments and dramatically improve the quality of life for more than 36 million Americans diagnosed with lung disease.
Join the Climb for Clean Air and be part of making a difference in the lives of lung disease patients and their caregivers. Every donation takes us one step closer to a world free of lung disease.
Thank you all!
