In 2016, my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer.  After receiving chemotherapy and radiation, she developed complications, and within 3 months, she died.  

My mom's motto was NICE MATTERS.  She spent a lot of her time volunteering for different organizations.  In honor of my mom, I created NICE MATTERS Lung Force team.  We formed our team to support those in need, to raise awareness about lung cancer and lung disease, and to raise funds for research, outreach and early detection initiatives.
