My 9th LUNG FORCE Walk is October 3!  THANK YOU to those that have donated in the past to my mom.  In 2013 in her honour and then in her memory starting in 2014.  And thank you to those that would like to make a donation this year to the American Lung Association! I really appreciate it....and so does my mom.

My mom was diagnosed with Lung Cancer - February 2013.  The morning of January 30, 2014, while I was holding her hand, and after telling her how much I loved her, she left peacefully to join her parents in Heaven.  And on that day - my mom took a piece of my heart with her.

So many special family events she has missed since that day. You don't realize how many amazing moments happen within a years time...since 2014, until you don't have a mom to share them with.  This past Mother's Day my heart broke seeing my younger brother holding his son Hudson at my mom's grave site.  Telling him all about his grandma that he will never meet.  My family will have so many stories to tell him when he gets older and pictures to share.  Hudson will know that his grandma will always be his Angel in Heaven watching over him every day and giving him Angel kisses before he sleeps at night. 

Mom was a smoker. Even though she quit, it was too late for her. If you smoke, Please Quit!! Be there for your family to share those special life moments with them.  My family misses our mom, everyday.
