Clem at the top of the Strat
May 15, 2021 Lung Force Walk
Join Team Clem vs Pulmonary Fibrosis as we walk for the 7th year to raise awareness and funds for Pulmonary Fibrosis and other lung diseases COPD, Asthma, Lung Cancer and Covid 19.
Covid 19 cancelled most of the fundraising events for 2020. Join me next year to kick Covid's butt and raise money for Lung Diseases again. Let's be a force in 2021!!!!
TEAM CLEM VS PULMONARY FIBROSIS is ready to Walk again. It is time for the annual American Lung Association Lung Force Walk to raise awareness for Lung Cancer and other Lung Diseases.
You all know Clem had a terminal lung disease called Pulmonary Fibrosis. Diagnosed in Sept. 2011 he was told he had 2-3 years to live. In Feb. 2016 he climbed 1,455 stairs of the Stratosphere with the ALA to help spread awareness for Pulmonary Fibrosis. Clem was a fighter and never quit. Sadly on July 1, 2017 Clem passed away due to complications from Pulmonary Fibrosis.
Please help us to make a difference and raise money for research to find a cure for these terrible lung diseases. Clem knew there wouldn't be a cure in time to save him but for every Lung Force Walk he did and for every Fight for Air Climb he did it helps to raise money to find a cure to save someone's life.
If you would like to help us raise funds and/or participate, click the link to donate or join our team, Team Clem vs Pulmonary Fibrosis and join us in fighting Lung Diseases. All participants who join Team Clem will receive a Team Clem shirt free from me, Debbie Wiechecki. Please post your size or private message.
If you want your name on my banner that I carry while I walk let me know.
Thanks and lots of love to all.
