Walk along with my sister Stormy, who is courageously overcoming her battle with cancer since diagnosis in April 2019, with Acute Myeloid Leukemia at MD Anderson in Houston, TX.

     Since last April, she’s faced life-altering decisions often without time to process, diving into experimental chemo and testing. She underwent countless procedures with full-fledged faith in her MDA Team, support system in her family, and loving optimism through her Mother as her main caregiver.

     During her miraculous remission in October of 2019, she was gifted a life-saving stem cell transplant via her brother Buddy, and she’s fought an amazing journey through numerous bouts against Graft vs. Host Disease ever since.

Stormy is currently undergoing a series of testing in preparation for her double lung transplant. With full faith in God, the resounding heart she puts into her daily battles, and her sheer will to persevere through it all has brought a unity to our family unlike anything we’ve ever experienced—a gift to us that we will always hold dear to our hearts. Stormy possesses qualities unlike anyone I’ve ever known, without any time to process her diagnosis, she steadily gives her all and so much more. Join us as we walk in her honor today and everyday for the health of our loved ones!

Feel free to donate, but our main purpose is to surround her with love and team members to stand with her and walk alongside her during her lung transplant goal. Hence, walk "alung" with Stormy.
