A note from Kristen and Nina (Daughters of Karen Cowley)

Welcome to Karen's Kindness

Thank you for your interest in Team Karen's Kindness, a fundraising team for the American Lung Association Lung Force Walk.

This team is dedicated to our mother, Karen Molesphini Cowley, who passed from interstitial lung disease on March 30, 2022.

The A.L.A. LUNG FORCE Walk is a walk dedicated to raising awareness and funds for those impacted by lung disease. Last year, our team raised over $15,000. If you were part of that effort in any way, we thank you.

Team Karen's Kindness was the #3 highest grossing NY team in 2022, and received an award for this achievement. The award was dedicated to our ray of sunshine—our mother.

We are honored to partner with the A.L.A again, and we look forward to a successful 2nd year.
