As some of you know may already know, each year my family participates in the LungForce walk sponsored by the American Lung Association. This is to raise awareness of and money for the fight against lung disease. This is a cause that is especially dear to our hearts, as we have had family members stricken with this deadly disease.

We always walk in memory of my Gram and uncle and in honor of my aunt, who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in 2016. Our team, AlToLa, was created by combining the first two letters of their first names (Alice, Toni and Larry).
