For those who may not know, in July of 2023 my mom Connie was diagnosed with Advanced Small Cell Lung Cancer. Over the course of the past year, she has endured multiple radiation treatments, chemotherapy sessions, and immunotherapy sessions. We are so fortunate that her scans have shown that the cancer is shrinking thanks to all the hard working and caring healthcare professionals at the Taussig Cancer Center at the Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately, there is currently no cure for this type of cancer. For this reason, I joined LUNG FORCE to support those in need, to raise awareness about lung cancer and lung disease, and to raise funds for research, outreach and early detection initiatives. It also so happens that is event is occurring on my 30th birthday. So what better way to spend my day than by supporting the amazing woman who brought me into this world! Any donation would be so graciously appreciated.
