On February 3, 2017, my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. She died on May 3, 2017. It took months of her feeling "sick" and getting progressively worse before she was diagnosed, and by then it was already too late.
That's why I am participating in the LUNG FORCE Walk. We need better detection methods for lung cancer and ways to detect it earlier. When you join the American Lung Association and LUNG FORCE in the fight against lung cancer and for lung health, you join us in our mission to improve and save lives.
Your donation and participation will help make a difference in lives that desperately need it. To support my efforts, and to help save lives today, please donate now.
Together, we are a FORCE to be reckoned with!
