In late 2018, Sofia Lozada, wife and mother, was diagnosed with lung cancer scheduled to have a partial lobectomy in January, 2019. Recieving this news was the hardest most soul-shaking matter our family had ever faced. Little to nothing was known about the prevalence of lung cancer, or how we could offer support. A Todo Pulmon is a team formed to support Sofia and others like her, in their fight to come out on the other side cancer-free and in good health. Earlier this year, a parcial lobectomy was performed, removing all targetted cancer. 

Today, we can say Sofia is found to be in good health, cancer-free, and genuinely grateful to be able to say this. We hope that by supporting, walking, and donating to LUNG FORCE Walk, more families in the U.S. are able to win there own fights and be able to say the same thing soon all while also raising awareness of lung cancer.
